Neo Kilt™ Return Policy

When you get a Neo Kilt we will consider minor adjustments for free if

1. we did the fitting in person and
2. you contact us within 10 calender days of when we shipped the kilt.

We will be happy to adjust your existing kilt on a case by case basis, contact us for pricing and timeline.

In the unlikely event that you have to return something...

• Contact Neo Kilt for a return number. No returns will be accepted without the proper return number.
   
• Worn items are not returnable. Item(s) must be in resalable condition.
   
• We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for non-custom and/or non-faulty items.
   
• Payments and deposits on custom items are not refundable.
   
• We make your kilt to the measurements that we agree upon the day you place your order. If you gain or lose weight to the point that alterations are necessary; we can do it, but there will be an additional charge.
   
• Wrong sizes will be honored as follows:
  • If you took the measurements, you are responsible.
  • If we took the measurements and you place your order immediately, we are responsible and will make every effort to correct the problem.
  • If we took the measurements and you wait more than 60 days to place your order, you are responsible. Please double check your measurements to make sure they have not changed!
     
• Goods will not be transferred to owner until full payment is made.
